About the day

ADHD Awareness Month is coordinated by a coalition of CHADD, the Attention Deficit Disorder Association and the ADHD Coaches Organization. It runs webinars, podcasts and resources to correct common myths about ADHD. Each year has its own theme, and in 2026 it was A Community of Support.
