About the day
The Dubai Fitness Challenge invites residents and visitors to be active for 30 minutes a day for 30 days, known as the 30×30. It was launched in 2017 by Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed, the Crown Prince of Dubai.
The 2026 challenge, the 10th, runs from 31 October to 29 November. Its flagship events include Dubai Ride on 1 November and Dubai Run on 22 November.
More than 16 million people have taken part over the first nine editions, and Dubai Run drew more than 307,000 runners in 2025. Employers, gyms, schools and brands run their own activities during the month.
