About the day

Create Week is a week-long celebration of creativity and its benefits for wellbeing, run by the arts charity Create. It was first held from 1 to 7 July 2025 and returned on the same dates in 2026.

Each day Create shares free activities designed by professional artists, each taking about 10 minutes, and schools, community groups, organisations and individuals can run their own events. In 2025 thousands of people took part, and partnerships helped the campaign reach more than 1.5 million people online.

The week suits art supply retailers, arts and cultural organisations, schools and education publishers, workplace wellbeing teams, craft brands and community groups.
